The product line also boasts optimized weight configurations, with hammer weight spanning from 3 t to 24 t and total machine weight from 5.4 t to 31.5 t, striking a perfect balance between stability and maneuverability on the job site. The compact overall dimensions, with length ranging from 1060 mm to 1360 mm, width from 860 mm to 1200 mm, and height from 3590 mm to 7560 mm, further enhance its suitability for both confined urban sites and large-scale construction projects. Notably, the stated dimensions cover both transportation and working states, with length including the removable pile frame claw, while height excludes optional components like the pile cap for greater customization.
To ensure seamless operation, the HH Series is paired with a dedicated supporting hydraulic power unit, available as an optional purchase from Yekun or configurable by users to match their existing equipment. The hydraulic power units are engineered to deliver precise pressure and flow outputs, with rated pressure ranging from 20 MPa to 25 MPa and flow capacity from 120–160 l/min to 400–500 l/min, paired with hydraulic power ranging from 60 kW to 220 kW. This ensures the pile hammers receive stable power supply, optimizing impact frequency and operational reliability.
- The impact frequency is adaptable based on the supporting equipment’s oil supply, with lower limits corresponding to maximum stroke operation and upper limits to minimum stroke;
- Machine weight excludes optional parts such as spreaders (0.2–0.5 t) and pile caps (0.2–2 t), giving customers the flexibility to customize configurations; and
- Adjustments to external piping may be required to reduce resistance, preventing issues like hammer lifting failures or excessive oil temperature.
